Platter Ameise

“AMEISE” is the Estonian word “esiema” written backwards. It means foremother, to whom we show respect and who we remember. The platter is inspired by her large brooch – a symbol of protection for women, symbolising willpower and strength. A strength that has for generations been handed from mother to daughter.
